1. Creative Consultation & Concept Design

We begin by understanding your needs:

What kind of jewelry are you displaying?
What’s your brand style—minimalist, vintage, bold, or luxury?
Where will the props be used—retail store, trade show, e-commerce shoot?
Our team provides mood boards, display layout sketches, and 3D concepts to visualize your vision before sampling begins.

2. Material Selection & Sampling

Once the concept is locked, we move to material sampling. You can choose from:

Dozens of velvet, suede, and PU leather finishes
Multiple base options: wood, fiberglass, acrylic, metal
Custom logo techniques: laser engraving, hot stamping, UV print

3. Mold Shaping & Cutting

For busts or unique shapes, we sculpt or CNC-cut precise molds. For tray-style displays, we laser-cut MDF or acrylic sheets to exact dimensions.

Complex shapes → Fiberglass molding
Trays & risers → MDF or acrylic board cutting
Inserts (for rings, chains) → EVA, foam, or velvet-cut boards

4. Manual Assembly & Surface Wrapping

This is where craftsmanship shines. Skilled workers hand-wrap each display using selected materials. Fabrics must be perfectly tensioned and glued without wrinkles, and logos aligned with laser accuracy.

Edges are hand-finished
Surfaces are tested for uniform texture and no glue bleed

5. Quality Control & Photography

Before packaging, we run a strict quality check:

Are the dimensions accurate?
Are the surfaces smooth and clean?
Is the structure stable and display-ready?
We also take in-house product photography if you need web or catalog images.

6. Packaging & Delivery

Each piece is bubble-wrapped, foam-padded, or packed in custom-cut boxes to ensure safe delivery—whether you’re receiving 10 pieces or 1,000.
